Melyssa Peters, Real Estate Consultant

Melyssa Peters, Vice President of Robert Katz & Associates, began her real estate career in 2003 as the apprentice to Robert Katz, President. Melyssa grew up as a bicoastal kid in San Francisco, Brentwood, Manhattan, Marin County, and Carmel, making Residential Real Estate a natural fit for her. She graduated with honors from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1996.

Not afraid to roll up her sleeves, Melyssa is a hands on Realtor®. Whether before or after your escrow opens, you may see her climbing roofs, checking foundations, lighting pilot lights, meeting with stagers, painters or contractors, while concurrently helping her clients navigate their way through contracts and negotiations.

Proficient on both the listing and sale sides of transactions, and skilled in the art of handling multiple offers, Melyssa never shies away from a challenge. Not limited to one niche neighborhood or specific property type (income, residential, condo or lease), Melyssa has closed numerous escrows covering a wide area of the Los Angeles market including Santa Monica, West LA, Brentwood, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Larchmont Village, Miracle Mile, and Atwater Village.
